Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Territory Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in your assigned territory within the vape/smoke shop community. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales in the vape or smoke shop community
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Outside sales experience is preferred
